- 8 oz of lowfat milk, almond milk, soy milk or water – your choice.
- 2 scoops of Shaklee 180 Smoothee Mix in Vanilla or Café Latte or our new Vitalizing Protein in Vanilla
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
- 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice OR cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/8 tsp of pure almond extract
- You can also add in Greek yogurt, frozen yogurt, etc. Be creative, add what you like.
- Then add 4-6 crushed ice cubes last if desired.
- Blend thoroughly in blender till ice is completely blended in.
