Don't Fall for the Marketing Scam

Do you really understand what good nutrition labels look like?  Do labels on food confuse you?  Do you really understand what you are reading? Food companies pay marketers a lot of money to try and fool you into believing their products are healthy.  They disguise marketing as science and use slick, misleading terms to make you think what they have is healthy. In this short video I will read to you from 3 different product labels and it might surprise you to see what product is the healthiest.  At the very least it will make you laugh.
