This picture is just one of the many beautiful scenes on my morning walks. I love fall. The colors, the smells, the active wildlife all make for inspiring walks. I hope you make the time to get out and walk in Nature. It is so good for our mental health and we all know how good it is for our physical health. Don't let Autumn pass you by without going out and admiring all the beautiful scenes. This is my walking buddy. Having a buddy, whether 2 legged or 4 legged, to walk with keeps you motivated and makes it more enjoyable. They say if you have a fat dog, there is someone in the house who isn't walking enough!
