Have you ever been so mad you wanted to hurt someone or punch the wall or kick the wastecan into the next county?
I think we all have at one time or another.
I have found that working out really hard or going for a really brisk walk can really help diffuse my anger and help me to calm down.
Exercise gets your body moving, your mind off of yourself more and releases those feel good hormones.
So when you feel that rage coming on go work out really hard. You still may be angry when you finish, but at least you will be too tired to act upon it!
Just be sure to warm up for a few minutes first, cool down afterwards and stretch really well. You don't want to be sore or injure yourself.
So don't get mad, get fit! J
