SHAMROCK SHAKE. If you love these shamrock shakes from McDonalds, but not all the junk that comes with them, we have a healthier alternative. This one tastes like mint ice cream!
Nutty Shamrock Shake

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
8 oz water (less for thicker)
2 scoops vanilla Shaklee Life mix
1-2 handfuls any greens (spinach, kale, Swiss chard)
12 pistachios
A few drops of mint extract to taste or 4-6 fresh mint leaves
4-6 ice cubes
stevia to taste
Blend without ice first until smooth, then add ice and blend again.

You can omit the nuts like we do if you don't like them or can't eat them.
Spinach is a great way to add a healthy veggie and you can't taste it!
