Vita-E Complex® softgels provide:
*400 IU of naturally sourced vitamin E
*65 mcg of selenium to complement the activity of vitamin E
*38 mg of grape seed extract containing proanthocyanidins, compounds that provide enhanced support against free radicals.

and a 2nd option -

Vita-E® 400 IU tablets provide:
*400 IU of naturally sourced vitamin E
*10 mcg of selenium to complement the activity of vitamin E
*A kosher-certified option

The Secret of Basic H® in Your Garden

Do you know where your vitamins are manufactured? Do they do this kind of extensive testing? Is it safe? How do you know? I know, and this is why I only trust Shaklee.
